Reflections On A Semester

1. I learned about camera functions such as ISO, shutter speed, and rule of thirds. Then learning about some history like the first camera ever invented, the first image ever taken, and different developments of pictures using film.

2. I learned that I'm not very creative and after a bit of time i begin to spot things that would make good photos.

3. I wish we had done a project called genetic portraits. It involves splicing together the faces of two individuals, preferably related, and putting them side by side so the similarities would really come out.

4. My struggle would have to be taking so many photos at once and maybe finding a good shot for it.

5. What did I conquer? I think it may have been my lack of creativity.

Light Painting EXTRA CREDIT BOI!!!

Light/Shadow

Some of the challenges of this projects was light, angle, and finding the correct shot. Firstly the light isn't always out. By the time I arrive home it's sunset and there is very little natural light leaving me to work with artificial light. Then when working with light finding the correct angle was also a challenge. Then lastly was the challenge of taking the shot while holding a lamp in one hand.
